His last assignment during his military service was as the Brigade Commander for the 39th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, the “Bowie Team” after a 30+ year career that included tours in Iraq and Kosovo.\nDuring his military service he earned master’s degrees in organizational communication and strategic studies. Today, he uses his skills and experience to coach professionals towards faith, achievement, and tested leadership principles.\nWhen he’s not at work, Cary enjoys spending time with his wife, their children, and grandchildren. He remains active in the church and is always looking to find new ways to serve God.
