As the parish’s founding pastor, he led the growth of the community and the building of a new school and church campus.\nWith support from Monsignor Staib and other St. Mary Magdalene Church leaders, parishioner Claire Curliss collected and preserved the entirety of Monsignor Staib’s sermons – more than 1,200, spanning decades – for the parish archives.\nThis published work makes a selection available for the wider church community, with an emphasis on the insights and perspective of Monsignor Staib.
