I believe that therapy can help break self-sabotaging patterns by loosening pain \u0026amp; dysfunction tight grip. Even a slight shift in viewpoint can change the way things are seen and internalized. Communication and understanding is a major issue with couples. My goal is to help them resolve their relationship and the problems that plague it. I work with couples of any configuration. All this is to say I try.
