Our Brick and Mortar Store is open every Wednesday-Sunday from 10am-6pm. We are located at 2048 M-137 Interlochen, MI 49643. Our store inventory is separate from our online inventory on this website.

Please read over our Credit Policy before you bring books so you know what to expect.

We will ONLY evaluate up to 25 gently loved books per day per family for store credit. We do not pay cash for any books. We cannot give credit for any books that we don't feel confident that we can sell, even if you previously purchased it from us. The book market changes daily based on inventory and popularity. You may use your credit to pay for up to 50% of your purchase until your credit is used within one year. You will always have to pay for half of your purchase with cash or credit/debit card. Store credit expires after ONE year. Please respect our policy and follow the rules for us to continue to offer this program.

We strive to offer the largest selection of quality used books at the lowest prices in Northern Michigan. The majority of our used books in-store are under $5 and hundreds of Children's books under $3.

Donations of books, magazines, DVDs, Blu-Rays, encyclopedias, and any books that we cannot give credit for will be accepted. The time of your donation depends on the amount of books you have. If you have a few books to a couple boxes, you may drop the donations in the Blue Bins in front of the store or inside the retail store when it is open. If you have a carload of books, please drive around to the back of the store to Shipping & Receiving Monday - Friday from 7 am - 2:30 pm. If you have more than an average carload, please email HR@bluevasemarketplace to make an appointment. There is no limit on donations but if you stop by unannounced with hundreds of books, we may not be able to accept them based on space. We do not offer pickups for any books. We do not give credit or cash for donations.

We do not inventory the retail store and most likely cannot tell you if we have a book. However, we DO have a complete separate online inventory of 150,000+ books that you can browse on this website. The store is organized by genre and we can tell you where we would shelve a book. You can browse our online inventory on this website while in store and purchase the books in the store after we pull them for you. We also offer next day local pick-up when you order on this website.

We have a huge selection of fiction and non-fiction Books, DVDs/Blu-rays, Vinyl, Puzzles, Games, a huge Children's book section and more available in our retail store. We have something for everyone! We pride ourselves on having a clean, organized, and well-lit store. Not your typical Used Book Store!
