2020 Dreaming

Dreams. A drone. A failed assassination… 2020 hit all of us, each of us differently, those who died, those who lived, city or country, left or right, and if I’ve written it my way, there are thousands, millions, who would write it another way. Sometimes I think the only parts of this book that are really mine, original, are the dreams, and dreams of course are suspect. Anyway, the main thing now is to remember what life was like in the pandemic, including the rage, the politics; and remember how to recognize, through all the daily distractions, an upstart dictator on the make (to be prepared for next time); and remember how the world was sometimes still so very beautiful.
