Banzenkan Aiki Ninjutsu is a martial art dedicated to Self-Protection and Self-Perfection. The curriculum is formed from 12 Japanese lineage martial arts that include six that were used by Samurai and six that were used by Ninja. The art consists of striking, throws, joint locks, take downs, ground fighting, historical weapons training, modern weapon defenses, multiple attacker defenses and learning how to utilize the techniques and principles under stressful conditions. Aiki Ninjutsu is not a sport martial art and does not rely on speed and strength to defeat an attacker. By learning how to use timing, angling, distancing and connection with the opponent, the Aiki Ninjutsu practitioner is able to defeat much larger and stronger opponents. This book will teach the fundamentals of Aiki Ninjutsu from the different strikes used, the basics of how to receive attacks, 16 fundamental techniques that make up the foundation of the art, sword basics, multiple attacker principles and much more.
