This day-to-day devotional came to life through Susan Roland's daily "Celestial Walks." During many of her most challenging years as a missionary, she would read Scripture and pray as she walked her Great Dane, Celeste. While Celeste would keep her eyes on the tree tops, always alert for squirrels, Susan attempted to keep her eyes on the heavenly things above. Fortunately for us, Susan kept track of many of "God's whispers" during these often difficult and dark years.
