Challenge!: A Positive Mindset in the Face of cancer

Breast cancer is a disease that can be very difficult to face not only for those who are diagnosed but also for their family and close friends. Adopting a positive mindset throughout the breast cancer journey is incredibly important, as it can help individuals face the process with greater clarity, harmony, and focus on healing. A positive attitude also helps reduce the levels of stress and anxiety commonly associated with breast cancer. A positive attitude can help individuals adapt to and overcome the challenges that arise during treatment and maintain a sense of optimism and hope for the future. In my view, "tricking" the mind with affirmations that make us feel good, happy, healthy, and empowered is essential. Let’s view the mind as our personal assistant and begin having clear and direct communication with it. The mind doesn’t know if we’re joking or serious when we repeat phrases like “I am healthy” it simply listens and does its best to make that reality true. This is crucial to understand if we want to heal more quickly and attract what we need and desire in life. Now, I know what you’re thinking: “But Rebeca! How am I supposed to have a positive mindset with a breast cancer diagnosis? That’s impossible! I feel awful!” But here’s the truth: It is possible. As you begin to familiarize yourself with this practice and do it consistently, your mind will start to believe it and soon it will feel more natural and easier to achieve. Having a positive mindset while going through breast cancer is no easy task. I’ve been in your shoes overwhelmed by fear and deep internal pain that dragged me down into a dark abyss. But one day, I made a conscious decision to climb out of that space. I realized that if I kept going the way, I was sad, crying, depressed, heartbroken, I was only going to get worse. So, for my own good, I said: Enough is enough. This ends now. Because I am not a victim of circumstance. I am the PROTAGONIST of MY LIFE. And as such, I choose to do whatever it takes to shift this feeling and transform the world around me. This book becomes the greatest gift for anyone facing any type of cancer or life challenge.
