Chapel of the ravens

"Ian Chapel was on his way to being the goalie for Britain's World Cup soccer team, until a nasty test match against the West Germans turned into a grudge match. The melee cost Chapel his right eye, and his chance at the World Cup. But Chapel's friends weren't going to let him wallow in self-pity. A one-eyed goalie may not be able to play for Britain, but he can teach the L.A. Ravens a thing or two. And maybe he can learn a thing or two while he's at it. Such as why his predecessor was murdered, and by whom. And where a certain illicit arms importer is getting his capital. And who it is who keeps trying to kill him"--P. [4] of cover.
