Nací en Líbano en 1950, segunda hija de una familia feudal en aquella época, en la que mis abuelos y mi padre anhelaban tener un hijo varón, pero frente a las caras decepcionadas de la familia, la partera anuncia a una niña y, además, que es una bendición porque nació enmantillada y habrá que enterrar el saco amniótico.
