A surprisingly refreshing compilation of International recipes, in English and Spanish that have been prepared and served at Finca Luna Serena, San Miguel de Allende’s first olive oil ranch. In August 2014, Finca Luna Serena began offering tours of their olive grove. These included a discussion on the making of olive oil, a meal and a visit to their country store. In 2015 there were no visitors, and only 76 in 2016. Beginning 2017, partly due a radical change in menu offering, over two thousand people have visited Finca Luna Serena in a little over two years.The Spanish version of the recipes (translation errors and all) appear in the book as exactly given to a very talented staff. They were was able to follow them and prepare wonderful international dishes despite having no previous experience with non-Mexican foodsIn this book we share with you part of International Culinary Journey taken in the Mountains of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico!
