Fractured: A Journey of Physical and Spiritual Healing

Sometimes in life we are faced with what can seem to be an overwhelming challenge or trial, illness or injury, disease or even death. When this happens, what do you do? Do you give up? Do you have a pity party? Do you let anger take over? Or, if you ask, “Why me” then you have to ask, “Why not me”?, and then decide who you would have take your place. Join me on my journey after a serious injury and botched surgery that turned my life upside down leaving me without an income, company health insurance, and changed my life from being very active and productive to spending 95% of my time in bed, isolated from family, friends and co-workers. My hope, as I share the lessons I learned and the things I did to keep going, to keep looking up and not give up, will help you or someone you know who is struggling with what seems to be an overwhelming trial in life.
