Glint: the Notebook

Glint is a diary designed for processing illness and trauma. It is a space to jot down ideas, rant, doodle, or write poetry. It is meant to be a space without rules, where chaos is encouraged, and oversharing is welcomed. The notebook is intended to be a therapist, a brainstorm buddy, or a friend who keeps secrets. The notebook is a place for emotional expression and reflection. The user can participate in what feels right and when it feels right. The notebook is dedicated to "who saved me" It embraces broken grammar, misspellings, and invented words. The notebook's purpose is not to make sense of life, but to roll with it. Glint sees itself as an "unpaid therapist" (not actual therapist) that holds inner monologues and emotional baggage. The notebook’s definition scratched on the inside of its front cover is: a small, quick flash or gleam of light, often reflecting off a surface.
