Session Three: Shame Off You—The story of Rahab provides hope and freedom for those struggling under the heavy weight of shame. Where does shame originate? Why is it so pervasive? And how do we break free from it? Session Four: Forgive & Remember—Sexual violation causes deep wounds and ugly scars. If we choose to nurse those wounds without the healing work of forgiveness, we will hurt ourselves and those around us. But what is it, and how do we practice forgiveness? Drawing from the story of Bathsheba, Teresa teaches what forgiveness is and what it is not. Session Five: Come Thirsty—The woman at the well holds out her empty cup, hoping someone will fill her. And then Jesus comes, and He overflows her empty heart with Himself—pure, refreshing, living water. Teresa helps us consider where we are looking for soul satisfaction.
