There is relief from the anguish of grief Grant Martin was born with a rare heart disease. Just weeks after graduating college, he underwent heart transplant surgery at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Despite an epic struggle, Grant, only 24 years old, didn’t survive the transplant.
