Ohana Notes started in 2001 as a daily text my students and peers could subscribe to. Over the years the request for a book grew and the numbers of members grew. This is the first book in the series. Ohana notes contains hand picked quotes for each day about Human values, mindfulness, philosophy, ancient wisdom and martial arts to name a few. Some quotes make you cry, some quotes make you laugh, but will always give you something to think about. The goal of Ohana notes is to give you the vehicle to think about becoming a better person.
