In March of 2020, the global pandemic radically altered the way municipal department director Britta Monaco interacted with a 29-person communications and social services team in Gaithersburg, Maryland. What started as one or two hopeful emails turned into a series of "Morning Musings" designed to inspire, engage, cajole, encourage, and amuse as she navigated through the uncertainty of it all.
