Hace muchos años, en mi primer año de universidad, escuche decir, a un intelectual trujillano, que todos hacemos poesía hasta los 25 años, que de allí para adelante, sólo lo hacen los poetas. He usado el seudónimo, Lucia Gaviota, por más de 30 años, sin pretenderme poetisa, sólo llevada por el hábito de la escritura; desahogar alegrías y tristezas, compartir mis vivencias.
