My most difficult tasks; how do I describe my book, “Make Changes”, to you, so that you might purchase it. Well it’s not just a bunch of quotes, because I’m not quoting anyone. Just my thoughts over the years that saved my life and kept me humble when needed. It’s not going to help you keep New Years resolutions. But it might help you break old habits, and create new ones. My book may provoke you to ask, what do you value most in your life? Make Changes may help you better understand yourself and others. My book may help you make better decisions. I believe human behavior can be controlled with the effort you give the behavior; good, bad, love or hate.
