Description
Meditations and prayers for the faithful people of the church who serve on the altar guild.
Written by Caroline Conklin, who has first-hand experience, this delightful book helps altar guild members recognize the importance and sanctity of their task, while it connects that ministry to the sacred in their day-to-day lives. Polishing the pulpit becomes an opportunity to reflect on mindfulness and slowing down. Entering a locked room full of altar guild supplies leads the author to reflect on all the doors -- locked or otherwise -- in our lives.
This compact and thoughtful book will enrich the life of any altar guild member.
