Inspired by thirteen years of Musical Feasts, a fund-raising series of dinners and music that support the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, the Volunteer Council has compiled a colorful collection of recipes reflecting the diverse cultural backgrounds of hosts, musicians, chefs and guests of Musical Feasts. Menus from memorable Feasts and anecdotes of musicians and composers appear in sidebars. Proceeds support the music training and educational programs of the DSO.
