This memoir book is written from a life coach perspective and dives into the many obstacles, learning disorders and roadblocks life throws at the author and to show it can all be overcome if you are an individual and not allow others to define who you are. The true gift given to humans is their brain and for most, it is not used! Like all muscles in your body, if you do not use it, you lose it! For general health, the author stole a saying a decade ago which is: ‘rest is rust - motion is lotion’ as with the elderly, if you sit around and do nothing, you will not be able to do anything. However, if you keep moving and stay active, it is like a lubricant that allows you to keep moving. The goal of the book is to show how you can be part of the solution and not the problem. It is easy to point out problems, but none will get solved without those who come up with a solution. Be the solution, not the problem and quit making excuses! To quote Smokey Bear, "Remember... Only YOU Can Prevent Forest Fires" and to quote my father-in-law who I sadly never met, “laziness is a terrible disease”, so don’t start fires and don’t be lazy! As this book is about the authors life stories to hopefully be inspirational to others, however, it also includes some opinions on America, humans and government so-called leaders, and the world in 2024, who seem to be the problem, not the solution.
