Restoring Hearts: Overcoming Fears & Anxiety

In this book, I share the different strategies and grace of God that helped me overcome my own fears and anxiety. My experiences were very painful and unpleasant. I was no longer able to control my anxiety and started having panic attacks every morning when I went to work, it was horrible. I felt so much fear, my heart would start to beat so fast and my entire body would fall asleep -- a head to toe kind of feeling, except while I was awake. I couldn’t feel my body and my mind was telling me a million and one things. It felt like I was dying or having a heart attack. The problem comes when you want to socialize with people but you’re scared of what they'll think of you. I only wanted to be at my house where no one saw me or could catch a glimpse of my situation. I would be at home and all I could do was cry and then cry some more. I didn’t want to go to work and I didn’t want to drive my car, because I was scared that I would have even more panic attacks. I became more and more worried, because I knew if I didn’t go to work I wouldn’t be able to pay my bills. Everything was such a big worry, which lead to even more anxiety!"
