Shadow Work: A 12 Week Workbook

Welcome, Magickal One, to the beginning of your 12 week journey within. During the next three months, with this workbook as your companion, you will take daily steps toward discovering and healing your shadow self. We will start at the beginning, with learning what exactly your “shadow” is and why it is important. Who is your shadow, and how did they get here? Why must you meet them, let alone love them? Once you have a clear intent, we will work together to seek out and introduce yourself to this deep unconscious part of your being. When you are ready, you will sit in silence with this newly discovered part of yourself, as you would a new acquaintance that you aren't quite sure if you like yet. It could be uncomfortable, but that is where the true healing takes place, in the uncomfortable facing of ourselves. And finally, at the end of your journey, our goal is that you welcome this new “friend” with open arms and that you walk out of the shadows together, integrated as one. But first, we must do the work. This workbook is designed to help you explore the unconscious parts of yourself and to bring them into your awareness in your own time and in your own way. The process of shadow work can be challenging, but it is an important part of the journey to personal growth and self-reflection. When you become aware of your daily emotions, thoughts & behavior, you can gain insight into your unconscious patterns and beliefs. This inner work is how we make positive changes in our lives. It isn’t always easy, but it is worth it. Our goal is that this workbook can be a light on the path, guiding you along the way.
