Welcome, and thank you for choosing my book. Today we enjoy thousands of modern conveniences that are cordless devices, self-contained devices, portable, rechargeable and Infinitum. The principle is: use it until all power is exhausted; return it to its “base station” for recharging, repeat the cycle until it’s depleted, dispose it and get a new one. God never intended for us to apply these “self-empowered device” cycles to our day-to-day personal walk with Him. Believers and non-believers who approach life via this “cordless method” live in the recharging of self. We power our own personalities, our own characters, our own bodies; we are vulnerable; and we slowly lose our (1) cutting edge; until finally we grind to an ending halt. “Stay Plugged-In”, is my attempt to give us Holy food for our sustaining nourishment. It is my hope that we will feed upon it and mature into a stronger believer. Expect to be encouraged. “Stay Plugged-In” is for our repowering. That’s what “Stay Plugged-In” is, a daily – moment to moment repowering source. It is a tool for Jesus, our most powerful, never depleting “base station.” Enjoy! Use it. Feed on this holy food!
