STRONG Willed: Designed For a Physical Purpose

The target of this book aims at those who train their bodies for the purpose of getting them stronger. I have written primarily to this audience to give them a better understanding to what they can accomplish with their physical strength. Real strength reveals itself through the character we gain, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual character. I have also written to the health-minded person, to enlighten them to the concept that the activities associated with good health (exercising, sleeping, and eating right) are not inherently selfish. Taking care of our bodies has great benefits that go beyond the individual. "It is natural to conclude that there is a reason behind our strength in that our bodies are designed to be strong and useful. The action of our strength allows for movement and our physical form as human beings shows that we have been designed to interact effectively with our environment. We are creatures that have been made to reflect the meanings behind the actions of our strength. Our design reveals our function. Our function reveals our purpose."
