Description
What happens when a little kitten gets lost on Christmas Eve?
Mother cat is searching frantically for her little lost kitten. She has a race with time as two weary travelers enter the stable. Before the night is over there is the crying of a baby and angels singing His praises. On this Holy Night a baby is born who is Christ the King. The animals know this is a very special baby as they come to adore Him.
The night's events leave a lasting impression on all the animals, especially the cats. Now, down through the history of cat kingdom, mother and father cats tell their story. They tell how they shared their manger with Baby Jesus.
It is a charming story of love, compassion, miracles, and the true meaning of Christmas.
The Christmas Symbols section at the end gives explanations and symbolic meanings, as well as history, of the Christmas tree, star, holly, wreaths and other symbols.
