The Narcissist and Me: The Relationship That Should Not Have Been

This was a very difficult relationship to be in yet I continued to be in it, hoping he would change or I could help him change if he saw how much I loved him. But it didn't matter what I did, it didn't change anything. I saw all the red flags but still continued in this toxic relationship. It was hard to let go for sure. It was like he brought me into his toxic world instead of me bringing him into my loving one. These narcissists are dangerous people. They are very charming at first. The "love" they give is so good they have you really believing that they care about you. They are very manipulative with multiple personalities. They are pathological and unapologetic liars. They always have to be right and everything always has to be your fault. It had to take me getting physically hurt and verbally abused to open my eyes. So, I pray this book helps you see the signs and helps those who have found themselves in these kinds of relationships. Just know you can always reach out for help. The best thing you can do is avoid narcissists and begin the healing process right away. It's okay to walk away.
