Advisory chefs include Georges Haidon former executive chef at the Maisonette, the longest running 5 star restaurant in the US. Additional chefs include Sal Baressi of Baressi's, Jimmy Gherardi of J's Fresh Seafood, Jeff Thomas Catering, and the Bonbonerie.
