Walking through nature, they find their peace looking up in trees to watch the birds and bugs around them, but grounding in nature goes far beyond simply looking, the other senses are involved too. This book highlights the 5 senses being used in nature, through exploring the colours and rebuilding the rainbow, restoring your own calmness.
