Water Women Wisdom is a journey celebrating and acknowledging women's great wisdom gained through the challenges they face each day. During the summer of 2004, Nancy and Heather Jeske paddled 575 miles from the headwaters of the Mississippi River to Red Wing, MN. Gatherings of women were held at locations along the canoe / kayak route. Around a Sacred Peace Fire, the elder women shared their stories and wisdom.
