Rosanna and Mary reminisce about growing up Mennonite and Amish. It was not so plain and simple. They discuss life through the perspectives of a veiled, half-Mennonite woman and a flame-haired LGBTQIA Army veteran.
They banter about the differences between their cultures. They wade into discussions that would freak out their ministry and elders, but do so with warmth and respect... most of the time.
When Rosanna isn’t working, she relaxes with her dogs, Bindi and Sunny, She’s finishing her MA in Clinical Mental Health and works in domestic violence advocacy.
When Mary isn’t working, they relax with their dog, Freya. They hold a Master’s certificate in life coaching, multiple certifications in trauma awareness, and specialize in working with survivors from cults and conservative sectarian religious groups.
