Pursuing a consistent relationship with the Lord and a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be an either/or situation; it can be combined. After suffering a traumatic brain injury, I found exercise to be a time of worship. I was able to meet with the Lord and strengthen the body He gifted me with, for His purpose. I didn’t have the strength, or migraine endurance, but He did. And He called me to meet with Him through my exercise. In these 30 days, I will walk you through the same concept. Let me do the hard part for you. Each day, you’ll get a scripture-led devotional and a written workout or movement. The week is programmed with 3 cardio-specific workouts, 3 strength training workouts, and one recovery day. Each strength training workout has a link to an exercise library, where you’ll be able to see each exercise and read each exercise cue. What are you waiting for?
