Cancer Warrior - 1246

In January, 2006, after having just completed a master's in occupational therapy, Ruth Levine was diagosed with stage IV colorectal cancer. Along with conventional treatment, she utilitzed exercise, nutrition, laughter therapy, imagery and reiki to overcome it. This is her story of the journey. Cancer Warrior was a finalist in the Midwest Independent Publishers Associations 2011 Awards in the category Inspiration/Gift Book. If the only lessons in this book were related to Levine's holistic approach to cure, it would still be a book that people with cancer will want to read.
