In Dao and the Art of Brazilian Jiujitsu: A Path of Enlightenment, Mark Bond takes us through a journey of self-mastery, self-development, and personal growth through Brazilian jiujitsu (BJJ). In the text, the author explains the ways in which training BJJ provides individuals with a method in which they can maximize their personal potential and live life according to the Dao or Way or Path.
