Demystifying hypnosis: Where it originated, where it went wrong, and where to go from here

If you are anything like me, understanding the framework for your chosen profession is essential. After achieving my Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, I was thrust into a community that constantly argued and contradicted each other. The confusion almost pushed me to the point of wanting to leave to study something else, though I couldn’t just walk away from such a powerful therapeutic approach that I love and use to achieve amazing results for my clients.
