Eurydice Priest and the Wild Hunt - 2364

Degory Priest: surgeon, scientist, engineer, genius, madman. Trapped by his own claims of genius and weighed down by the responsibility of keeping his fellow citizens alive in a world overrun with pollution, monsters, and bandits, he hides away in his labs, experimenting with the lives of millions on a whim, as if their souls were coins to be spent. When Degory learns of his estranged partner Eurydice's vanishing in the catastrophic fall of her city-state to the unstoppable Wild Hunt, he defies the broken civilization, the land's savage beasts, and his own dark impulses to rescue his beloved before time runs out.
