ILLUMINARE - 100 Days of Shadow Work - Workbook/Journal - 1142

I designed this book to serve as a journal and a guide for self reflection. This book is meant to help start you off on your shadow work journey by giving you 100 questions/prompts to respond to over the course of 100 days. Do them in order or flip to any random page, but be completely honest and open with yourself in the responses. At the beginning of the book is a letter from me as well as an introduction to what shadow work is. Afterwards, you'll rate yourself on several different categories of your life with how satisfied you are at present in those aspects. Then, you jump into the 100 days of shadow work prompts. You can write directly in the book or journal it out in your favorite notebook if you want to elaborate on those prompts even more. At the end of the book, you'll re-evaluate yourself again to note the changes you've made over the course of 100 days. Take time with this process.
