ReminiscenceS is a novelty. Hardbound to last, it is a treasury chest book of memories of the Baguio General Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association International Grand Reunion held in Oct. 11-13, 2024, in San Diego, California. Packed with over two hundred pages of images, one could almost hear the ringing voices of former students at the school as they celebrated their gathering from all over the world to reminisce about their youthful student years to become professional nurses, swapping stories of how they navigated their journeys to success in their niches in their service to humanity. The intensity of their reminiscences was accented with sounds of roaring twenties and oldies music to which they gyrated and swayed to their hearts' content. Their sweet farewells after were wishes of longing for the next gathering. From its inauguration in 1923 to its closing in 1984, the school of nursing had 3,885 graduates march from its portals.
