Sage Vector and the Book of Space is a science fiction fantasy novel set in the year 2880 in Central California. The world is at peace, there is no war, poverty, or disease. People are placed in guilds according to their passions, and human society works to everyone’s benefit.
Sage Vector is a young man focused on art, gaming, field ball, his robot Zimmer, and a girl named Robin. He is about to finish school and must choose which guild he wants to join. His father wants him to be a builder like him, and his test scores are pointing him in that direction too, but Sage might want something different for his life.
He doesn’t like to read, but Sage finds himself in an old bookstore searching for a gift to impress Robin with, when he comes across a strange, glowing book that gives him unusual abilities. Sage suddenly finds himself with the power to read and completely understand any book instantly, simply by touching it.
Soon after, the stars in the sky disappear, and the planet faces a terrible threat to its progress and peace. Sage finds himself caught up in an impossible game fighting to save the world from an enemy that wants mankind under their total control. The only thing standing in their way is a kid from California and the abilities he got from — The Book of Space.
