SALT: Biblical Communication (Servant Approach Leadership Training) - 2006

SALT (originally called "Timothy School") was birthed out of a commitment to live out the Apostle Paul's charge in Ephesians 4:11 to equip the saints for the work of service. The original vision was to focus on practical training that emphasizes the centrality of God's word, the reality that ministry is received, not achieved, and the necessity of yielding to Christ and letting Him live through us. The program has operated since 1991 with graduates filling countless roles of lay leadership in churches and ministries. Approximately one third of the 300+ graduates have gone on to serve in vocational ministry all over the US and in nearly 50 countries around the world. Biblical Communication is designed to equip the student to translate the fruit of their study into a Biblical message that can be shared with others either in lecture form or guided discussion.
