His illness has granted him another bizarre symptom: the power to understand a language that only organs speak. When Lázaro returns to Sirirí, a civil war has erupted. He performs an autopsy.... After the last stitch in the skin of the dead body, Lázaro grabs a revolver. It's time to face his grandfather, there could be wild beasts on the road.
