To My Daughters: Mindfully Speaking - 2335

This journal is for the woman of any age that struggles with holding their tongue or speaking words before taking time to think them through. If you are a woman looking to be found pleasing in the eyes of our Heavenly Father, this journal is for you. We will explore scripture and meditate through prayer and thoughts on ways to speak life through the power of our tongue. Our heart speaks of the things that are in our heart. I have heard people say they didn’t mean what they said, or it was said in jest. This is usually after the words spoken have pierced the heart of someone else. If the words spoken were not meant, why were they allowed to be formed on our tough and escape the compounds of our lips? Why put them in the atmosphere if they were not meant to create the pain they created? As I was preparing this journal for my own biological daughters, the Lord pressed it upon my heart to share with the daughters of others.
