The Transformation Method is a very simple yet complex process, it's easy to do and it's even easier not to do! Us humans create our neurochemical reactions and responses based on our stories from past experiences and past stories about past experiences. This all happens most generally at a subconscious state, meaning we are not purposely telling ourselves these stories; they just happen at a level below our awareness. These stories create our neurochemical responses, otherwise known as our feelings. We then take these feelings from our past experiences and start to create the same experience, it feels the same as last time, because we are allowing our old stories to dictate our feelings about something that hasn't even happened yet. This is part of being human, it's just how we are wired. The good news is we can change this wiring, we can reprogram our stories to create new different experiences, different feelings about the experiences we are having and the experiences we are going to have in the future. This rewiring all starts with becoming aware that we are living our life based on stories from our past. With awareness we can begin to change our stories, we can tell a new story about an old experience and this will begin the process of creating a new story to create new experiences. Us humans define ourselves based on our past stories and experiences, we call this our personality, we offen even believe that we are just born this way and we cannot change our wiring. This simply is not true. We have the capacity to recreate ourselves, to rewire our personality into a completely different person. As we begin this process of redefining who we are we begin to create a new reality, a new version of ourselves living in a newly created reality.
