This is a poetry collection about some really scary and dark times in my life. And how I fight my inner demons and my abusive anxiety. I struggle with debilitating anxiety and needed a creative outlet to make me feel better in my times of darkness and despair. This book is me talking about my mental health in hopes that someone can read this book and not feel alone in their struggle with mental health. Sometimes we need a book about our relationship with our mental health and to find that beacon of life to keep us going. If you are struggling with your mental health you are not alone and no matter how dark it gets there is a light at the end of the tunnel even if it might seem nonexistent, it is always there.
