Anita Lutsenko, a well-known fitness trainer and promoter of healthy living, gained her inspiration to create this book from the relationship she formed with Heather, her 75-year-old friend from Great Britain. Within each chapter of this book, you will discover a recipe for a delicious dish, a unique story from Heatherʼs eventful life, as well as some interesting facts about the traditions, culture, and lifestyle of the British people. This book shows us that not only does life exist after 70, but that it can also be active, beautiful, and full of love and adventure! This is an inspirational book. I like to call it a ‘coffee table book’. It’s about what inspires us, as women, to live, to be brave, to be happy, to get active and, most importantly, to not be ashamed of being happy at any age. At the age of 75, my great friend Heather completely embodies this spirit and it’s thanks to her that this book exists. Each chapter consists of two parts: a recipe for a delicious dish from Heather and a story from her eventful life. And since Heather is from Great Britain, I have supplemented the book with some interesting and lesser – known facts about the traditions, culture, and daily life of the British, which we as Ukrainians can hopefully learn from. For me, this experience will stay with me forever. I now know it is possible to live a really good life into old age; it will be the example which I shall follow.
